We have had this warranty for three years. Anytime that I have trouble, I call in the claim. My experience is that the customer care is courteous and knowledgeable about everything in the home. I called two weeks ago about a dishwasher issue. The technician that arrived was professional and did it very clean job.

These guys do a fantastic job. The technician was prompt and diagnose the issue with my furnace within 20 minutes. He cleaned out the unit and replaced the safety switch on the furnace door. He had everything all wrapped up within an hour and a half of arriving.

As soon as the part arrived, he returned to install it. The AC has been working perfectly since the installation.

Our dryer stopped draining water. I called the Home Service Club and had an appointment set up for the next day. The technician identified the problem. It was a broken pump that needed to be replaced. He made a few calls on the spot and located the correct pump. He went out to pick it up and was back a half hour later installing the new pump.

I help take care of my grandmother's apartment. She lives around the corner from me and since I'm the closest to her I help manage her place. Last week, her refrigerator gave out. Two years ago when I took over management of her place, I got her the Home Service Club warranty. It has been an absolute blessing. As soon as I realized that her refrigerator was not working, I called the Home Service club and they had a technician in her house the very next day. The technician that be Home Service Club sent was extremely gentle and patient with my grandmother. She tends to ask a lot of questions, yet, he explained everything to her so that she was able to understand.

When we had a problem with the HVAC system in our house, the Home Service Club sent Douglas and Jim to complete the repair. They are truly a dynamic duo. They cleaned out our outdoor unit from all debris. In addition,they found an issue with a our fan motor but they were able to repair it.

Our washing machine suddenly stopped working during the spin cycle. I still had water in the machine. I called the Home Service club and they scheduled a visit for the very next day. Ed, the tech, was fantastic. He had parts in his truck. After 30 minutes of working on the machine he called me to test the machine. We ran the short cycle and it worked perfectly. He cleaned up before he left.

Getting the Home Service Club warranty was the right choice. A few weeks ago we had a leak in our roof after a snowstorm. The snow had begun to melt when we discovered the leak. The Home Service Club sent a roofer to our house. He got right up there and patched up the leak.

When we first moved into our home, a little less than three years ago, our neighbor suggested that we get the Home Service Club warranty. I am so grateful that we did because we've had several unexpected repairs over the past few years that we had not budgeted for. Thank goodness we had the warranty. It helped protect our finances from the unexpected costs. Two weeks ago we had an issue with the furnace that the house came with. The Home Service Club was fabulous about getting our furnace back up and running right away.

During the terrible storm this past winter, our power went out. It did damage to our stove and dryer. The technician found that we need a new electric panel for the stove but he was able to repair of the dryer on the spot. He ordered the panel and returned a few days later to install it.

Our entire family are long-standing customers with the Home Service Club. My ninety-year-old mother, my son and daughter-in-law and myself and my wife all have Home Service Club warranty in our homes. A few weeks ago my 90 year old mother had a problem with the furnace in her home. The technician arrived and had the part installed just before the cold weather. The technician, Mark, explained the problem in layman's terms before he commenced repairing the heater.

We needed our toilet repaired. The Home Service Club dispatcher Catherine, was awesome. She Completely understood the problem and had a plumber out here to repair the toilet the day after. He brought some interesting tools with him and made sure that the toilet was working perfectly before he cleaned up and said goodbye.

We had a very difficult clog in our bathtub with a drum trap. We live in a home with basically 1940s plumbing innovations. The Home Service Club sent us a plumber that was not at all intimidated by our old fashioned plumbing. He was friendly knowledgeable and had no problem getting the job done.

Vincent the technician for our stove was phenomenal. He explained everything. He was also careful. He crossed check the part number and the part that he had in his van. When the repair was complete he gave us some good tips on how to operate and maintain the stove.

It was easy to set up a claim online. I received a call from a technician only hours after I completed the claim. He set up an appointment with me and called when he was 20 minutes away the day of the appointment. The problem with our dryer was that it needed a replacement part. The tech went out, got the part and returned a few hours later to install it.

My husband and I have an affinity for old houses. We like the character of an old house. However neither of us are great at repair. The Home Service Club warranty has been extremely helpful to us. Since moving in to our home, we've dealt with numerous plumbing issues. The latest was a clog in the tub. The Home Service Club sent a plumber to our home. He removed the clog and gave me a few tips to help prevent a future clog.
